1. Eligibility and Account Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website. Minors may only use the site under the strict supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Shabab India is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your password.

2. Product Representation

• Our Desi Ghee and Swasth Mustard Oil are natural products. While we strive for accuracy in our product images, the actual color, texture, and packaging may vary slightly due to batch differences and display screen settings.

• All products are sold on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.

• Total order value, including delivery and handling fees, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Legal Metrology

• In compliance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, all net quantities for our oils and ghee are declared by volume (Liters/Milliliters) and weight (Grams/Kilograms) at the time of packing, without reference to temperature variations.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UP.
