STRICT NO RETURN AND NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of food products, Shabab India maintains a strict No Return and No Refund policy on all processed and delivered orders of Desi Ghee and Swasth Mustard Oil .
1. Final Sale Once a product has been delivered and the seal is broken, the sale is considered final. We cannot accept returns of food items for health and safety reasons.
2. Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items We will only provide a replacement or refund in the following instances:

The product was delivered in a damaged condition (e.g., leaking bottle).

The seal was broken prior to delivery.

The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement To claim a refund or replacement for damage or leakage, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video . The video must clearly show:

The shipping label on the box.

The opening of the package.

The specific damage or leakage. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
4. Reporting Window Any issues must be reported to our customer support at yogita@shababindia.com within 24 hours of delivery .
